Have you ever wished you could pick the brain of an expert?

Or, that you had just a little bit of support getting started when working with a new or difficult task, such as managing other adults or working with student behaviors you don't have experience with?

 

That's where I come in!

We can schedule a quick 30 minute session, or more if needed, to sit down and talk it out.

I look forward to helping you make make happen in your classroom, helping you to feel comfortable and confident to meet the needs of your students!

This package is focused on teaching or training other adults. These can be paraprofessionals, volunteers, interventionists, behavior therapists, caregivers, basically any adult you need to train!

This is also a great tool when teaching structured tasks and skills to students. Using the Behavior Skills Training (BST) model, we will create training programs for the adults you supervise or support. This plan requires clients to do work in between sessions to collect data, complete documents and the provided templates.

  • 2- Scheduled 30 minutes Google Meets

  • 1- Scheduled 45 minute Google meet​

Very basic introduction to what a Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) is and on how to begin creation and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans.

 

Behavior Intervention 101:

1 Scheduled 60 minute Google Meet

  • 1 specific behavior of concern

  • Create data tracking tools

  • Start Intervention Plan

3 Scheduled 30 minute Google Meet Conversations

  • Review Data

  • Adjust as needed, plan for any next steps, including how to fade support

More in depth than Behavior Intervention 101, and is focused on figuring out WHY a student is engaging in a behavior, what purpose is it serving for them?

Once we know the why, we can create a plan to replace the students disrupting or harmful behavior. This plan requires clients to do work in between sessions to collect data, complete documents and the provided templates.

  • 1: Intro to: Antecedent Behavior and Consequence (ABC) data tracking tools

  • Plan for data collection

  • Given access to Behavior Tracker Bundle download, & Data Collection Tips & Tricks Course

  • 2: Review that data

  • Create intervention plan

3 Scheduled 30 minute Google Meet Conversations

  • Review Data

  • Adjust as needed, plan for any next steps, including how to fade support

60 Minute Consultation 

  • Scheduled 60 minute Google Meet

  • up to 3 questions, areas of struggle or behaviors of concern

  • Brainstorm & Problem Solve interventions, responses, strategies & next steps

  • Brainstorm any data collection needed for next steps, or how to create an intervention plan

 

You will leave with at least 1 suggestion or strategy you can implement immediately, and a data collection method, or outline for intervention plan, depending on specific need.

30 minute Consultation 

  • Scheduled 30 minute Google Meet

  • 1 question, area of struggle or behavior of concern

  • Brainstorm & Problem Solve interventions, responses, strategies & next steps

 

You will leave with at least 1 suggestion or strategy your can implement immediately
